ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on merits by disposing the written representation made by the petitioner on 27.07.2021 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard, Mr.C. Prakasam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V. Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.07.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the third respondent, by giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
