According to the revision petitioners, the revision petitioners have filed a suit in OS.No.180 of 2016 against the respondents, which is still pending. According to the learned counsel for the revision

petitioners, there is no interlocutory application is pending before the court below in the above suit. Hence, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking a direction to the court below to dispose of the said suit as early as possible.

2. By considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the revision petitioners, taking into consideration, the petitioner being a senior citizen, without going into merits of the case, this court is inclined to direct the District Munsif Court, Sriperumputhur to dispose of the above suit in OS.No.180 of 2016 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

3. Thus, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
