The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.04.2016 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.136 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused damaged the windshield of the bus worth about Rs.4,000/- and hence this case has been registered.
3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated as accused in this case.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner caused damage to the tune of Rs.4,000/-.

kkd/kj 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. 6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand only] with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode and on further condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.4,000/- (Rupees Four Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.136 of 2016 before the concerned Magistrate and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. 11.05.2016 kkd/kj Crl.O.P.No.10675 of 2016
