The petitioner has filed this writ petition forbearing the respondents from installing the transformer in front of his building.
2. Initially, there was a direction by this Court to consider the petitioner's representation and this Court was dissatisfied with the manner in which the Divisional Engineer was dealing with the matter. Therefore, a direction was issued to third respondent/Divisional Engineer to appear in person. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that he appeared and explained the entire factual matrix and also filed counter affidavit. It is stated that the transformer has already been energized.
3. In the light of the above, the prayer in this petition has become infructuous and the writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
