The civil revision petition is filed for a direction to the Learned Principal Family Court Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of IDOP No.369 of 2023, within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court and to allow this Civil Revision Petition.

2. On verification of the case diary in IDOP No.369 of 2023, it is noticed that the case has been filed in the year 2023 and on 04.03.2023, the case was adjourned to 18.04.2023 for issuance of service and thereafter the case was adjourned from 14.06.2023 to 07.10.2023 for counselling and now the case is posted for counter. At this stage, it is not feasible to direct the trial court to dispose of case within the time frame. There is no merit in the civil revision petition. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
