..Respondents Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned order dated 14.11.2013 in Na.Ka.Nok.A3/21588/2008 passed by the third respondent and quash the same and further direct the respondents to provide employment to the 2nd petitioner for compassionate appointment in any suitable post.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that the second petitioner, son of deceased employee late Ganesan, was appointed as Office Assistant on compassionate grounds as per the proceedings issued by the third respondent-District Colector dated 22.07.2015.

2.Further, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to quash the order of rejection issued by the third respondent in his proceedings dated 14.11.2013, and to provide employment to the petitioner on compassionate ground. Since the second writ petitioner was issued with an order of appointment in proceedings dated 22.07.2015, by the third respondent, no further adjudication is required on merits in this Writ Petition.

3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. 27.10.2017 rpa
