This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl. M.P. No.15813 of 2024 in Crl. O.P. No.25123 of 2024 dated 13.11.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every alternative Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly.
