ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under section 420 and 406 of I.P.C on the file of the respondent police and seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners in C.No. 41 of 2017.

3. The petitioners are directed to co-operate for the enquiry. The respondent is also directed to complete the enquiry within four weeks and till such time, the petitioners shall not be arrested. If any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police will register the case following the decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court reported in 2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC) (Lalitha Kumari Vs. Govt. of U.P. & others).

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
