Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Declaration, to declare that the cancellation of gift deeds dated 29.12.2010, cancelling the gift given to Respondents 2&3 for the formation of road in pursuant to layout approval No.550/98 dated granted by the 4th respondent and registered as document No:11/2010 and 12/2010 on the file of Respondent 5 &6 and executed between 1st and 7th respondent as illegal and nullity in the eye of law.

Today, when the matter came up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.

2.In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
