This petition has been filed to transfer the FCMC No.6 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned Family Judge, Family Court, Vellore and transfer the same to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with HMOP No.1180 of 2013.

2. The case is of the year 2015 and there is no scope to transfer the case at this length of time.

3. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed and there shall be a direction to the learned Family Judge, Family Court, Vellore to dispose of FCMC.No.06 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if it has already not been disposed.
