Respondents PRAYER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records of second respondent in connection with impugned order passed by him in letter No.802/BM/NA1K/TNSTC(Salem)/2021 dated 03.02.2021 and quash the same and direct the respondents to issue order for reinstate the petitioner into service and other benefits in the interest of justice and grant him all consequential services and monetary benefits with a reasonable time. 1/4

ORDER
