O R D E R
This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for gross disobedience of the orders of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court in W.P.No.2560 of 2017 dated 06.07.2017.
2. It is stated that already the order passed in W.P.No.2560 of 2017 is complied with.
Today, the learned counsel for the respondents produced the proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.3209/A3/2017 dated 26.07.2018. In the above said proceedings, the petitioner/A.G.M. Nursery and Primary School, Cuddalore was granted permission for upgrading from Nursery and Primary School to Middle School, i.e. Till 8th standard.
