ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2021 and thereby directing the respondents to issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the property situated in No.35/23, Ram Nagar 4th Street, Peravallur, Jawahar Nagar, Chennai - 600 082 to an extent of 400 sq.ft.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.07.2021, after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
