This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26621 of 2024 on 03.12.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10 am until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26621 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
