ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to grant permanent parole to the detenue Chinnammal, wife of Chinnaraj, Life Convict now confined at Special Central Prison Vellore (Women) by setting her at liberty on human consideration.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that his mother Chinnammal is a life convict [No.2618] and that she is physically indisposed and requires continuous medical treatment. On that ground he seeks permanent release of the convict.

We find that the petitioner has given a representation on 04.09.2015 to the respondents. We direct the prisoner herself to give a representation to the authorities through the Superintendent of Central Prison and on such representation being given, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
