O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for records relating to C.C. No.197 of 2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate

No.II, Chengalpattu to transfer the case to the file of any of the courts at Fast Track Court or any other Court as may be deem fit by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Today the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned." 3.Heard both sides.

4. The averments made in the petition may not be a sufficient ground for transferring the petition. The allegations made as against the Judicial Officer are also very vague. I do not find any valid grounds for the purpose of ordering this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

5. However, taking into cognizance of the fact that the petition is pending from the year 2011 onwards and the trial has already been commenced and three witnesses have been examined, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu to expedite the trial in C.C. No. 197 of 2011 and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 06.11.2017 Index:yes/no Internet:yes/no ak
