Prayer :- This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code against the judgment and decree dated 03.07.2002 made in A.S.No.4 of 2002 on the file of the Additional District Fast Track Court-I, Dindivanam, (A.S.No.21 of 1997 on the file of the Sub Court, Dindivanam) reversing the judgment and decree dated 31.01.1997 made in O.S.No.575 of 1995 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Vanur. JUDGMENT

This second appeal is directed as against the judgment and decree dated 03.07.2002 made in A.S.No.4 of 2002 on the file of the Additional District Fast Track Court-I, Dindivanam, reversing the judgment and decree dated 31.01.1997 made in O.S.No.575 of 1995 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, court, Vanur.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the sole respondent died long back in the year 2009 itself. Even then, the appellants did not take any steps to implead the legal heirs of the sole respondent.

Hence, this second appeal is dismissed as abated. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No order as to costs.
