ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31258 of 2024 by an order dated 16.12.2024 passed by this Court to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.7, Coimbatore, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31258 of 2024 on 16.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.7, Coimbatore, twice a month ie., first and third Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 03.02.2025 vsg To 1.
