ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) With certain allegations, the petitioner herein has sought for action against the respondents 3 and 4 herein, by way of a complaint dated 23.10.2024 before the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. Since the complaint was not swiftly acted upon, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Today when the matter was called, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 reported that the petitioner's complaint has been taken on file in Complaint No.508 of 2024 and they have initated the inquiry.

3. Since the petitioner's complaint has been acted upon, this Court will not parallely adjudicate the issue in hand. 4.

Accordingly, the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry/respondents 1 and 2 herein, are called upon to dispose of the complaint of the petitioner, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner, as well as the respondents 3 and 4 herein.

5. With the above observation and direction, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
