ORDER

The writ petition has been filed challenging order dated 28.05.2012 passed by the first respondent in proceeding R.No. 39570/MP.1/S1/2012-3 and the consequential order dated 04.06.2012 passed by the second respondent in proceeding Na.Ka.No.4165/2012/A4, and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue in the post of Health Inspector Grade II. 2.

It is seen that the sole petitioner died and his legal heirs did not take any steps to substitute them in the place of the deceased petitioner, till today. It shows that they have no interest to pursue the present writ petition.

Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to cost.
