ORDER

This petition has been filed to initiate action against the respondents as per para 111 (IV) of the Constitution Bench Judgment in WP (Crl) 68 of 2008 dated 12.11.2013.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has prayed to direct the Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi and the DGP, Chennai, but such a direction cannot be considered that too after a period of five years.
