(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue Kayalvezhi, aged about 26 years, to cause production of her daughter, before this Court.
2.The alleged detenue Kayalvezhi/daughter of the petitioner, aged about 26 years, is secured and produced before this Court. The petitioner is also present before this Court. 3.On enquiry, the detenue submits that she is with her uncle and that she is willing to go along with her father, who is also present before this Court, as there is no illegal detention by anybody. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered.
