Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the monetary benefit from the scheme of Chief Minister's Relief Fund for road accident victims due to the demise of petitioner's husband viz., Manikandan in respect of application reference No.1634/2024 on the file of the second respondent and grant such other relief may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.

ORDER
In view of the nature of relief that is prayed for the Writ Petition is taken up and disposed of at the admission stage itself.
2. The grievance of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner's husband died in a road accident upon being hit by a Tipper Lorry bearing Registration No.TN-04-AM-3784. A case in Crime 2/5
No.596/M3/2005 is also registered by the Inspector of Police, Mount Traffic Investigation, St.Thomas Mount, Alandur, Chennai-600 016 for offences under Sections 279 and 304-A of the Indian Penal Code. As a matter of fact, the claim petition filed by the petitioner in MCOP.No.634 of 2016 is also pending. At this stage, the petitioner also made an application for the Chief Minister's Relief Fund in Tamil Nadu in respect of road accident victims. The application is kept pending for a long time.
3. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that from the end of the investigating Police Authorities appropriate communication has already been sent to the revenue Authorities.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3/Revenue Authority would submit that already due enquiry has been made and the papers have now been forwarded to the District Collector. As and when the funds are made available the same will be paid in accordance with law.

5. In view thereof, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondents 1 to 3 to disburse the Chief Minister's Relief Fund to the petitioner's application No.1634 of 2024 on or before 30.04.2025. No costs.
