unsafe building constructed without providing the mandatory setbacks and with an unauthorised additional floor by the 2nd respondent at Door Nos. 27A & 27B, Ayyasamy Street, West Tambaram, Chennai - 600 045, falling within Ward No.49, Zone-4 of the Tambaram City Municipal Corporation, in violation of the approved planning permission and the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules, 2019, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Honble Court.
