ORDER
(1) This Revision is directed against the order of the learned Principal District Munsif, Ambur at Vellore District, dated 26.11.2018 in IA.No.166/2018 in OS.No.11/2013, in dismissing the petition filed under Section 151 CPC, to reopen the evidence on plaintiff's side. (2) The learned counsel for the revision petitioner states that the suit itself is disposed of and therefore, the prayer in the present Revision Petition has become infructuous.
