O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.164 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police, for offences under Sections 420 and 506(i) of IPC, as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that FIR in Crime No.164 of 2011, on the file of the first respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed as 'Further Action Dropped' and the closure report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without conducting proper enquiry, the respondent police closed the FIR and also the closure report has not been served to the petitioner.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the closure https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

report to the petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to file private complaint in the manner known to law.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
