ORDER

The limited relief claimed in this writ petition is for the expeditious disposal of Opposition No.1176324 pertaining to Trade Mark Application No.4853565 for registration of the following device mark:

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the trade mark application was lodged on 08.02.2021 and that the same was advertised on 23.05.2022. In spite of the pleadings being complete in the opposition, he submits that the opposition has not been disposed of till date.

3. The opponent before the Registrar of Trademarks is the 2nd respondent herein. Learned counsel submits that he has no objection to the expeditious disposal of proceedings.

4. In view of the above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of 2/4

by directing the 1st respondent to dispose of Opposition No. 1176324 and Trade Mark Application No.4853565 within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the 2nd respondent.
