This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17622 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28105 of 2024, dated 12.12.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Cantanment Police Station on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and charge sheet filed.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17622 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28105 of 2024, dated 12.12.2024, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
