This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 14.02.2017 passed in I.A.No.210 of 2016 in O.S.No.37 of 2014 on the file of the V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore.

2. It is seen that the main suit itself has been dismissed on 1/3

12.10.2017. Suppressing the said fact, the Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the main suit itself has been dismissed on 12.10.2017.

4. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the Trial Court or before an appropriate forum in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
