JUDGMENT
(Delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Before we could pronounce the judgment, learned counsel for the appellant has produced before us an order dated 27.02.2020, whereby, the review application preferred by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
appellant, has been rejected by the State. Learned counsel for the appellant prays that in the wake of the aforesaid facts, he may be permitted to withdraw the appeal and pursue his remedy against the review order. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. No costs.
