This revision arises against the order of remand passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Nagapattinam, passed in Crime No.42 of 2017 dated 04.02.2017.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Advocate [Crl.side].

3. The purpose of the order dated 07.02.2017 stands served. Learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] also submits that the injured has been discharged from the hospital. In the circumstances, this Court would close the present petition informing that the petitioner now need not surrender before the Jail Superintendent. within one week of receipt of this order, surrender before the Sessions Court, Nagapattinam and seek relief of bail.
