O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present revision petition is to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Tirupur to dispose of L.A.O.P.No.8 of 2018 within a stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the award was passed by the respondent and the L.A.O.P. was filed in the year 2018, the petitioners have not received the award amount. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioners have filed a memo dated 27.05.2019 stating that they do not have any additional claim against the award passed and the petitioners have jointly discharged the mortgage. It is further submitted that the petitioners have also produced the no due certificate and the registered mortgage receipt, which was not considered by the trial Court. Hence, the learned counsel would pray that a direction may be issued to the trial Judge to dispose of L.A.O.P.No.8 of 2018.

3. Heard and perused the materials available on record.

4. On a perusal of the adjudication orders, this petition has been kept pending for issue of service from 06.02.2020 to till date. Hence, this Court is of the view that the parties are directed to file an affidavit before the Court below regarding the said averments made in this civil revision

petition that they have no additional claims and if any claims are to be stated by the petitioners, the same can be stated in the affidavit and the Court below shall consider the same and pass appropriate order and dispose of the L.A.O.P.No.8 of 2018, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, the civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
