J U D G M E N T

This second appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 18.11.2003 passed in A.S.No.381 of 2002 on the file of the Fast Track Court No.3 and Additional District Judge at Namakkal confirming the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.79 of 1996 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court at Namakkal dated 25.07.1997.
