When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the 1st Respondent submits that there is no proposal by the 4th Respondent for Bifurcation of Coimbatore diocese either into Salem diocese or any other diocese and there is no material to substantiate the same. Hence the present Writ Petition is wholly misconceived and is liable to be closed.
