ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard Mr.Habeeb Rahman, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 6.
2. The prayer made in the writ petition is to direct respondents 1 to 5 to conduct enquiry and take appropriate legal action against respondents 6 to 9 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 3.12.2022 as per law within a stipulated time.
3. Learned Government Advocate submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 3.12.2022 would be considered by the authorities on merits, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned. The said submission is recorded.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly, with a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the
petitioner dated 3.12.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, of course after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned. There shall be no order as to costs.
