Prayer in Crl.O.P.No.6567 of 2019:- Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, praying to call for the entire records connected with the proceedings in Special Sessions Case No.4 of 2014 pending on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur and to quash the same. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Sathia Chandran for petitioner in both original petitions For Respondent : Mr.C.E.Pratap, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for RR 1 & 2 in both original petitions Mr.L.Thirunavukkarasu for R3 in Crl.O.P.No.6567 of COMMON ORDER Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner in both the petitions submitted that he had instructions from the petitioner to withdraw the original petitions and sought permission of this court to withdraw the original petitions. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
2. In the light of the above, both the Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn, however, with a direction to the trial court to frame charges in the case and expedite the trial.
