The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking an early disposal of RLTOP.No.1 of 2023, on the file of the District Munsif, Tambaram.

2. It is seen that orders have been reserved as early as on 23.09.2024 and the same has not been pronounced to date. It is now brought to the notice of this Court that the matter has been listed on 10.03.2025.

3. Considering the above, the learned District Munsif, Tambaram, is directed to pronounce orders on or before 31.03.2025.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
