This petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.320 of 2014, on the file of the 1st respondent Thiruvennainallur House Officer Police Station, Villupuram.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the first respondent police has completed the investigation and filed a charge sheet in P.R.C. No.5 of 2015, before the learned Judicial Magistrate III, Ulundurpet. 3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
