When the matter is taken up today for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.

2.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition if any, stands closed. No costs.
