Crl.O.P.No.23971 of 2016 is filed to transfer M.C.No.6 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate at Thiruvarur and M.C.No.13 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Thiruvarur to the learned Judicial Magistrate at Tambaram.

2.Crl.O.P.No.19483 of 2015 is filed to call for the records in M.C.No.6 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvarur and quash the same. 3.There was no representation for both the parties, when the matter was taken for hearing on 10.03.2022 and then 11.03.2022. Therefore, both the matters are ordered to be posted for dismissal today. Today also, there is no representation for both the parties. Therefore, Criminal Original Petitions in Crl.O.P.No.23971 of 2016 and Crl.O.P.No.19483 of 2015 are dismissed for non prosecution.
