'First Leasing Company of India Limited' ('First Leasing' for brevity) is the company under liquidation in the main Company Petition. 2.Instant application has been taken out by the 'Official Liquidator attached to this Court' ('OL' for brevity). Learned Deputy Official Liquidator Mr.Bavishetty Sridhar representing the OL is before this Court.

3. Instant application has been taken out by the OL with a prayer to direct the respondent herein. To be noted, according to OL, respondent is a debtor qua First Leasing and the debtor owes a sum of Rs.4,667.20. 4.This Court had earlier ordered notice to the respondent in the instant application, respondent has since been duly served and the name of the respondent together with full/complete address as in the cause title of judges' summons has been shown in the cause list, but there is no representation today. This Court is informed that no one has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent. Name of the respondent called out aloud thrice. There is no response.

As no one has come before this Court to oppose this application, having perused the affidavit, having heard Deputy Official Liquidator and having perused the report of the OL dated 07.01.2019, this Court finds that the prayer of the OL deserves to be acceded to in the interest of the creditors qua First Leasing. On this application being allowed, it is open to the OL to pursue all avenues for recovery available in law to the OL.

This application is allowed and ordered as prayed for. 26.04.2019 gpa
