This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant to issue direction, directing the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.324 of 2022 dated 13.12.2022 pending on his file.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police and perused the materials available on record.

3. The respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
