This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to make the consequential and other attendant benefits as per the order No.019655/HR4/SETC TN/2014 dated 20.11.2014 passed by the first respondent.
The learned counsel for the respondents submitted to this Court on 11.10.2023, that all the benefits have been settled to the petitioner in the year 2016 itself as per the orders dated 20.11.2014 in No.019655/HR4/SETCTN/2014 after filing of the writ petition. Since the very purpose for which this writ petition is filed has already been fulfilled and this writ petition has become infructuous. 2/5
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
