ORDER

Alleging that the order dated 01.06.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.11870 of 2017 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the contemnor produced a copy of the proceedings dated 11.04.2018 in purported compliance of the order passed by this Court, though belatedly.

3.In such view of the matter, this contempt petition stands closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings in the manner known to law.
