This Court, by order 21.06.2021, had granted a final chance to serve notice on the respondent through Court as well as privately returnable by 15.07.2021, failing which, the Court had stated that the Second Appeal would stand dismissed as against the respondent. The appellants have not taken steps through Court and batta has not been paid and affidavit of service has also not been filed indicating the steps that have not been taken privately as well.
