O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the investigation on the F.I.R. in Crime No.10 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent and submitted before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Puducherry and quash the same.

2. The first petitioner is the husband of the de-facto complainant. The petitioners 2 and 3 are the inlaws of the de-facto complainant. There was some matrimonial disputes between the first petitioner and the de-facto complainant. Following the series, the de-facto complainant lodged a police complaint against the accused for threatening with dire consequences.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there is no instructions from his clients with regard to amicably settlement between the parties.

4. Mr.Bharatha Chakaravarthy, learned Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) appearing for the Respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the investigation has been completed and the matrimonial disputes between the first petitioner and the de-facto complainant has been resolved and further action has been dropped in Crime No.10 of 2016.

5. Recording the above submissions made by the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
