ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 12.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner has made a representation, dated 12.12.2025 before the respondents seeking reinstatement into service and release of his monthly salary. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Ms.Geetha Thamaraiselvan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.Stalin Abimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the second respondent.

4. Though many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2025, as expeditiously as possible.

5. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 12.12.2025 will be considered and appropriate order will be passed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

6. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

7. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation, dated 12.12.2025, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
