When the Matter was listed for hearing on 02.02.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 16.02.2018. After a lapse of nearly three years and odd, when the matter was taken for hearing on 24.08.2021, once again there is no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 26.08.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

2. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
