(CRIME NO.2693 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of the petitioner that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.30a.m. until further orders imposed Crl.MP.No.8536/2020 in Crl.OP.No.17484/2020 dated 23.12.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.RANJITH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m.

until further orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8536 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.17484 of 2020 dated 23.12.2020.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8536 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.17484 of 2020 dated 23.12.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
