This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to substitute the legal heirs of the fifth petitioner viz., B.Suseela as proposed petitioner in the place of Late P.R.Babu Rao, in the above Writ Petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Miscellaneous Petition, the same is ordered.

3. The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendments.
